Shipping and returns
Portraits are printed in the US for US orders and in Europe for EU and UK orders, so they travel a short way and arrive without customs fees.

Mugs, clothing and blankets in the Stable collection are made in a separate workshop and may arrive a few days before or after the portrait.

Returns
Every portrait is made to order from your photo, so it can't be returned if you change your mind. The EU right of withdrawal doesn't apply to personalised goods. This is why you see your portrait before you pay, with free changes until you love it, or your money back before anything is printed.
Damaged or wrong delivery
- Keep the packaging.
- Take photos of the damage and the box within 14 days of delivery.
- Send them to us through the contact form with your order number.
- We print and send a new one at no cost.
